ANTIQUE 1914–15 STERLING SILVER ALBERT 15” chain & 14CT GOLD BOLT
A substantial George V sterling silver Albert extender by Edward White & Sons, Sheffield, dating to 1914–15, finished with an oversized antique 14ct gold bolt clasp.
The original Albert section features beautifully graduated solid silver links, each individually marked with the lion passant, graduating from 17 mm to an impressive 23.3 mm. Finished with its antique silver dog clip at one end and a large antique 14ct gold bolt at the other.
At 15” long, this piece was designed to be versatile — use it to extend an existing chain, introduce mixed metals, suspend charms or pendants from the oversized bolt, or build a completely individual configuration.
